The open "L" shaped living space is defined by kitchen, dining and two sitting areas.

This spacious kitchen features everything you need, except the food.

A large dining area includes a table for six, a bar that seats four and an additional table for four.

While sitting in the lake side sitting area, enjoy a good book, or just gazing out at the lake in the comfort of central A/C.

This cozy setting focuses on the central fireplace, TV and shelves of books for your reading enjoyment.

 

Two full baths feature both showers and tub.

 

Three queen-sized beds in two bedrooms sleep six in comfort.

Reservations and Policies 

  • Application and reservation is required.

  • Cash damage deposit is required. (Inquire for amount)

  • Security deposit must be pre-paid by money order to hold your reservation, then applied toward your rental.  Damage/cleaning deposit will be paid on rental date. (Inquire for amount) Rental may be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), if requested in advance, (May thru Aug. only), or by money order on the day of the rental.  No personal checks accepted.

  • Cancellation Policy: Your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 service fee if canceled 30 days in advance, or if we are able to re-sell your reservation.

  • No pets are allowed.

  • Smoking is prohibited inside.

  • Check-In time by appointment. Please call ahead to schedule.

  • Check-Out time is negotiable.
