CABIN RENTAL

Now taking applications for small re-modeled lakeside cabin. Perfectly suitable for fishing camp.  Kitchen is fully equipped.  Boat slips and pier.   Great view of lake.  Swimming area.  Cabin--1 lg br, 1 bath, Sleeps six.  Bring your own sheets, towels etc.  Damage/cleaning deposit required.

A DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO HOLD THE CABIN UNTIL RENTAL DATE. (Inquire for amount) IF YOU FAIL TO CARRY THROUGH WITH THE RENTAL, UPON NOTIFICATION, EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO MAKE ANOTHER RENTAL.  IF I'M ABLE TO RENT THE CABIN WITH NO LOSE OF RENT, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED LESS A $50 SERVICE FEE. 

1 WEEK RENTAL  $600.00

1 MONTH RENTAL $900.00

3 MONTH LEASE-$2400.00 IN ONE OR TWO PAYMENTS.

6 MONTH LEASE-$4200.00 IN ONE, TWO, OR THREE PAYMENTS.

12 MONTH LEASE-$6000.00 IN ONE OR TWO PAYMENTS OR $600.00/MO BY AUTO DRAFT. (FIRST & LAST MONTH RENT + DEPOSIT REQUIRED IN ADVANCE) 

$100/MO ESTIMATED UTILITY PAYMENT WILL BE ADDED TO RENT FOR MONTHLY LEASES OR ELECTRIC CAN BE CHANGED TO YOUR NAME.

About Lake Claiborne and Surroundings

Location:  Claiborne Parish, 5 miles east of Homer
